1. Where are tickets being sold?

We have a limited # of pre-sale tickets at Alexandria City Hall; 915 Third St. Alexandria, LA 71301 The public entrance to City Hall is located across from Diamond Grill and Caplans. Tickets are available at the check-in window. CASH ONLY

2. Are tickets good for both days?

No, entry is $10 for general admission & $5 for children 12 and under ...PER DAY

3. If I have to leave the festival, do I have to pay to get back in?

Yes, you will have to pay to re-enter. There are no re-entry privileges

4. Does the entry fee include bbq tasting?

No, however, there will be a “People’s Choice” tasting area where you can pay a nominal fee to taste bbq and select your favorite.

5. Can I bring my bbq pit and cooler?

There will be many food vendors (including BBQ separate from the contest) and beverage vendors on the festival grounds. Prices will vary among vendors, as each vendor will be pricing their own food

6. Will there be shuttle service available to the Festival?

Yes, there will be shuttles providing transportation from the Alexander Fulton/Riverfront Center Parking Garage to the festival site.

7. Can I bring my pets?

Pets are not allowed at the Festival with the exception of those used for medical purposes.

8. Is there anywhere outside of Alexandria where pre-sale tickets are sold?

Tickets are only available at Alexandria City Hall

9. Is there a place on site for me to park my camper/rv?

No, we do not have adequate space for a camper/rv.

10. Is the carnival free?

No, carnival tickets can be purchased at the festival site.
